Sarah completed her undergraduate qualification at Sheffield Hallam University and quickly specialised in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. She completed her masters qualification in Advancing Physiotherapy with distinction and is also qualified in western acupuncture. 

Sarah has enjoyed a varied career, working in both the NHS and private practice. She was fortunate enough to enjoy a period of time working in Australia and has spent three years working in a private practice on world renowned Harley Street, London. 

Over the years, alongside general musculoskeletal therapy, she has worked within the specialties of hand therapy and chronic pain. Sarah has always been passionate about exercise and enjoys incorporating hands on techniques with rehabilitative exercise to enable people to return to the things they love to do.

Sarah is a passionate runner and triathlete, having previously represented Great Britain at the European Championships in both duathlon and middle distance triathlon. As a result she loves working with amateur runners and triathletes of all abilities, from complete novices through to serious competitors.
