Run Lab is our unique tailored assessment and treatment package specifically designed for runners of all levels.

Run Lab will help to prevent running injuries (like shin splints, Achilles problems, plantar fasciitis, ITB syndrome and runner’s knee) treat persistent problems and improve your running performance. Physio Jon Grayson will assess your running technique using slow-motion video analysis and functionally screen your mobility, stability, strength and agility. A personalised strength and conditioning programme is then designed to target any weaknesses and keep you running injury-free in the long term.
